8. say yes for extrajudicial killing ?
Extrajudicial killing is killing a person with the authorization of the government with legal process. I don’t agree and will not support extra judicial killings. Because as we all know, extra judicial killing is a process wherein the suspect or the accused person is killed without a process of law, he will never have the chance to defend himself for the accusations. Also, I am not a supporter on the side of anyone, either the victims or the suspects. Because in this case we are the victims, our human rights is declined and will be. Basically, human rights are rights to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national, or ethnic origin, color, religion, language or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.
Meanwhile, we are fed up with news about judicial killings almost everyday that happens everywhere. The reasons might be the person is an accused criminal or a drug dealer and user, like what the government is campaigning for as “anti drug operations” which is possibly good for the country but killing people related to it is not accepted. Though the effects of drugs and criminalities is more than unacceptable and affected people are purely innocents. Killing is still not an acceptable way to solve the issue, it’s good if the action will scared the suspects but what if not? Most victims of judicial killings are those who are in the state of poverty, what we heard and watch through news sometimes discussed that drug business makes a lot of money.
People on that kind of poverty must be given a chance to live and to change their living by giving them ways to make money in a lawful way. But unfortunately, not all victims of judicial killings are alleged in a criminality or drugs, some of them are just innocent people who are killed without any possible reasons. There are millions of students, teenagers, parents, daughters, sons and children more specifically in our country who are affected and victims of it.
And if I were to be asked again if I agree for the extra judicial killings, I won’t hesitate to answer No again. Why? Because extra judicial killing is not on the side of victims or suspects, we are all affected on it that’s why we are all against it, We are humans and citizens of our own country that’s why we all have our human rights to live and to defend ourselves under the law of justice.

An extrajudicial killing (also known as extrajudicial execution) is the killing of a person by governmental authorities without the sanction of any judicial proceeding or legal process. Extrajudicial punishments are mostly seen by humanity to be unethical, since they bypass the due process of the legal jurisdiction in which they occur.[citation needed] Extrajudicial killings often target leading political, trade union, dissident, religious, and social figures and are only those carried out by the state government or other state authorities like the armed forces or police, as extra-legal fulfillment of their prescribed role.
Section 3(a) of the United States Torture Victim Protection Act contains a definition of extrajudicial killing:
a deliberate killing not authorized by a previous judgment pronounced by a regular constituted court affording all the judicial guarantees which are recognized as indispensable by civilized peoples. Such term, however, does not include any such killing that, under international law, is lawfully carried out under the authority of a foreign nation.
